Pars Fanar over the years has obtained vlaueable knowledge to be self sufficient technologically to design / refine leaf springs for vehicles and also through cooperation with Sapra Company have successfully manufactured their needed machines.
Actions taken so far
- Design and production of springs required by Bahman Group (types of Mazda and Isuzu light and semi-light trucks)
- Design and production of springs for rail industries supplying parts of the Islamic Republic of Iran's railways and metro lines
- Engineering and production of the needs of the spare parts market for all types of trucks and other domestic and foreign vehicles
- Monitoring the market and monitoring the needs of customers in terms of vehicles newly introduced to the market (domestic and imported cars and wagons)
- Research on the latest production technologies on a macro and industrial scale
- Research on the latest laboratory test methods approved by the Department of Standards and International Standards
- Production of products for the domestic spare market (for domestic and imported cars)
- Production of products for the export spare parts market (for domestically produced export cars and cars in destination countries)
- Setting up a fully automatic parabolic rolling line with CNC and computer control with the latest German technology
- Upgrade of force, fatigue and hardness testing devices and spring color
- Upgrade of fully computerized Spector photometer for chemical analysis of spring steel
- Digital printing of numbering and specifications on the spring to monitor the product from the factory to the place of consumption and after-sales service
- Launching a new Z spring heat treatment line by robotic system
