About Pars Fanar Company's Laboratory
Pars Fanar's laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments that comply with both domestic and European standards. This advanced equipment supports comprehensive testing of a wide range of spring products for the automotive and rail industries.
Through a formal agreement with the National Standards Organization of Iran (NSOI), and following a rigorous qualification process that recognized its extensive testing facilities, Pars Fanar Company was issued certificate number 111/208/R. This accreditation proudly designates Pars Fanar as a partner laboratory of the NSOI, empowering it to conduct and approve a full spectrum of quality tests for automotive and railway springs.

As an accredited collaborating laboratory of the National Standards Organization of Iran (NSOI), Pars Fanar's laboratory is authorized to conduct quality tests and issue standard approvals for a comprehensive range of applications, including:
1. Tests on Leaf Springs of Vehicles accordances with Iranian National Standard Organization Reference Number of 3389
- Dimensions and tolerances in every items in Leaf Spring set.
- Dimensions and tolerances of the center holes of the spring leaves.
- Dimensions and tolerances of the assembled leaf spring sets, including:
- Free Arch height test
- Spring length test
- Eye width test after sanding
- Eye axis deviation test
- Metal bush inner diameter test
- Eye inner diameter test (after using the bush)
- Assembled leaf spring width test
- Dimensions of the central oval hole of leaves
- Chemical composition test
