Pars Fanar Company was established in 1984 by Mr. Ahmad Jalili Tanha, a distinguished metallurgical engineer and a graduate of Sharif University of Technology (1970).

Founder's Background & Experience:
• 1970-1979: Served at Rena Industrial Group, holding various leadership positions including head of quality control, production management, technical management, and factory management.
• 1982-1984: Managed the Khavar Spring Factory (affiliated with Khavar industrial group), successfully bringing it to full operational capacity during a trial period.

Company Establishment & Innovation:
• In 1984, Mr. Jalili Tanha utilized his extensive experience to establish Pars Fanar Company.
• He subsequently established and put into operation Iran's first parabolic spring production factory.

Key Achievements & Impact:
• Under Mr. Jalili Tanha's management, Pars Fanar played a crucial role in promoting self-sufficiency for Iran's industries.
• The company met the demands of domestic automobile factories.
• Due to the high quality of its products, Pars Fanar exported part of its products to North America, especially Canada.
• The establishment and operation of Pars Fanar Company effectively halted the import of various domestic springs from competitor countries like India, China, Malaysia, and Europe into Iran.

Recent Corporate Development:
• In February 2024, Pars Fanar Company's shares were listed on the Iran Stock Exchange, officially transitioning the company from a private entity to a public corporation.

History of Pars Fanar Company

1984

Pars Fanar Company (Ltd) was established in 1984 with the support of the Ministry of Industry, utilizing modern German spring-making machinery. The company holds a license to produce 3,500 tons initially of various spring types, including leaf springs for cars, train wagons, and agricultural trailers, as well as parabolic springs for heavy vehicles.

1988

In 1988, the company became officially operational and was formally inaugurated by the honorable Vice President at its facility.

1994 - 2001

In 1994, Pars Fanar Company pioneered the development of quality management systems in the production of leaf springs and parabolic springs for vehicles. They established an ISO 9002 quality management system, approved by DNV, and subsequently upgraded it to ISO 9001 2000, with certification from bodies accredited by RVC Netherlands and DAR Germany

2004

In 2004, Pars Fanar Company increased its production capacity to 15,000 tons per year. This expansion was made possible by obtaining a development plan permit from the Ministry of Industries increasing investment, and constructing a new production hall and purchasing new machinery.

2010

Demonstrating its commitment to organizational excellence, this company achieved ISO TS 16949-2009 certification from TUV NORD, Germany, in 2010, following the implementation of automotive industry requirements.

2017

In 2017, Pars Fanar Company's laboratory achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first reference laboratory in Iran for leaf and parabolic automobile springs. Through strategic investment in equipment and experienced personnel, and adherence to mandatory standard 3389, the laboratory earned ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation from the National Certification Center of Iran (NACI), a body affiliated with the National Standards Organization of Iran. It also functions as a partner laboratory for the Iran Standards Department

2017

In March 2017, Pars Fanar Company took majority stake (%70) ownership shares in Khavar Spring Manufacturing Co. ( KSM) from Iran Khodro Investment Group

2018

Pars Fanar company is one of the first Iranian companies that was able to receive its certificate from TUV NORD Germany in 2018 by establishing the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 and due to its superior design and engineering capabilities in 2018 The design scope of all types of leaf and parabolic springs is based on the requirements of IATF 16949:2016.

2020

In 2020, Pars Fanar Company purchased 20% of the shares of Kimia Foulad Aria Company (producer of raw materials for spring factories and all kinds of alloy versions).

2021

In the year 2021, Pars Fanar company purchased a building with an infrastructure area of 2600 square meters for office use located in Tarasht neighborhood of Tehran (intersection of Mohammad Ali Jinnah Highway and Gulab Street) for the operation of group companies.

2024

In February 2024, the shares of Pars Fanar Company were listed on the Iran Stock Exchange and officially changed its nature from a private company company to a public corporation.

Present

Pars Fanar Company is proud to produce about 3000 types of leaf and parabolic springs from 5mm to 62 mm thickness for passenger cars, vans, trucks, buses, train wagons and agricultural trailers, it has been able to meet a major part of domestic needs and another part of Export your products.
