Pars Fanar Company was established in 1984 by Mr. Ahmad Jalili Tanha, a distinguished metallurgical engineer and a graduate of Sharif University of Technology (1970).
Founder's Background & Experience:
• 1970-1979: Served at Rena Industrial Group, holding various leadership positions including head of quality control, production management, technical management, and factory management.
• 1982-1984: Managed the Khavar Spring Factory (affiliated with Khavar industrial group), successfully bringing it to full operational capacity during a trial period.
Company Establishment & Innovation:
• In 1984, Mr. Jalili Tanha utilized his extensive experience to establish Pars Fanar Company.
• He subsequently established and put into operation Iran's first parabolic spring production factory.
Key Achievements & Impact:
• Under Mr. Jalili Tanha's management, Pars Fanar played a crucial role in promoting self-sufficiency for Iran's industries.
• The company met the demands of domestic automobile factories.
• Due to the high quality of its products, Pars Fanar exported part of its products to North America, especially Canada.
• The establishment and operation of Pars Fanar Company effectively halted the import of various domestic springs from competitor countries like India, China, Malaysia, and Europe into Iran.
Recent Corporate Development:
• In February 2024, Pars Fanar Company's shares were listed on the Iran Stock Exchange, officially transitioning the company from a private entity to a public corporation.
