Since 1373, Pars Fener Company has established ISO 9002 quality management system from DNV and upgraded it to ISO9001-2000 in 1380 from RVC Netherlands and DAR, Germany, and is a pioneer in the development of quality management systems in the production of flat and parabolic springs.
In the path of organizational excellence, by implementing the requirements of the automotive industry in 2010, this company has succeeded in obtaining the ISO TS 16949-2009 certificate from the German company TUV NORD, and it was one of the first Iranian companies in 2017 to establish the requirements of IATF 16949:2016. and received its ISO 9001:2015 certificate from TUV NORD, Germany, and due to its superior design and engineering capabilities, in 2017, it succeeded in obtaining the design scop of all types of flat and parabolic springs based on the requirements of IATF 16949:2016.
Also, in order to respond to the needs of the country's spring industry in accordance with the mandatory standard 3389, the laboratory of Pars Fanar Company, by making appropriate investment in the development and completion of equipment and employing experienced personnel, has succeeded in obtaining qualification approval as the first laboratory since 2017. The reference for flat and parabolic car springs in the country is based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard from the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI) affiliated to the National Standards Organization of Iran, as well as a partner laboratory of the Iran Standards Department.
